Beginning March 30, 2026, SYB Construction will begin to repair and replace damaged tiles and decorative concrete on the Viridian Island bridge. This comes after the Viridian Board of Directors approved repairs at the March Board meeting in response to resident tickets.

Please expect a temporary delays in traffic near the area. Residents are encouraged to avoid the area, if possible.



A traffic control plan is forthcoming and will be published once available. 



We appreciate those who informed the district of these needed repairs and encourage residents to use the Report a ProblemReport a Problem feature to submit tickets for maintenance and repair items throughout the Viridian community.
